Veriket for Gmail Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Veriket for Gmail add-in handles information when you classify and label email.

What it accesses

The add-in accesses the content of the message you are composing or viewing solely to apply your organisation's classification labels and related visual markings or metadata. Access is limited to what is needed for classification.

Use of Google user data

Veriket's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The add-in does not use email content for advertising and does not sell it.

Storage and sharing

Classification metadata is applied to the message and, where configured, recorded in your organisation's Siberson console. Message content is not transmitted to third parties.
