Information Note (KVKK)

This Information Note is provided under Article 10 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). It explains, in the capacity of data controller, how Siberson processes your personal data and the rights available to you as a data subject.
Data controller
Siberson acts as the data controller for the personal data processed through this website and related interactions. Processing is carried out in accordance with the principles set out in Article 4 of the KVKK — lawfulness, accuracy, purpose limitation, proportionality and storage limitation.
Purposes of processing
Your personal data may be processed to respond to demo and information requests, to conduct and improve our commercial and technical activities, to fulfil legal obligations, to manage supplier and partner relationships, and to ensure information and network security.
Legal grounds
Processing is based on the conditions in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, including your explicit consent where required, the necessity of processing for a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and the legitimate interests of the data controller.
Transfers
Personal data may be transferred to domestic and, where necessary and with appropriate safeguards, foreign third parties — such as service providers and, at your request, business partners — in line with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
Method of collection
Personal data is collected through electronic channels such as website forms and email, and is processed and stored using systems protected by appropriate technical and administrative measures.
Your rights under Article 11
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about the processing, to know its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, to request correction, deletion or destruction, and to object to results arising exclusively from automated analysis, among other rights set out in Article 11.
