We operate an ISO 9001-certified quality management system built on clear processes, measurable objectives and continual improvement. Protecting information is central to everything we do. Our ISO 27001-certified information security management system safeguards the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data we and our customers rely on. We identify and treat risks systematically, enforce least-privilege access, encrypt sensitive data, monitor for anomalies and prepare for incidents. All staff are trained and accountable, suppliers are assessed against our requirements, and controls are audited and continually improved in line with legal and regulatory obligations including KVKK and GDPR.
We are committed to maintaining critical operations through disruption. Our business continuity framework identifies essential services, sets recovery objectives, and defines the plans, roles and resources needed to respond to and recover from incidents — from IT outages to wider crises. We protect and back up key systems and data, test our plans, and review them after exercises and real events, so our customers keep receiving service and support when it matters most.
We manage risk as an integral part of decision-making. Siberson identifies, assesses and prioritises strategic, operational, financial, compliance and security risks, assigns clear ownership, and applies proportionate controls to keep risk within acceptable limits. Risks and mitigations are reviewed regularly by management, and lessons from incidents and audits feed back into the process — protecting our people, customers and business while enabling sustainable growth.
