On-Premises model: All data inspected by Siberson Verikor DLP — including incident evidence content — remains entirely within the customer's own infrastructure. Siberson has no access to customer data or incident evidence at any point. Retention policies, encryption standards, and access controls are entirely within the customer's authority. SaaS model: Incident metadata (event type, channel, policy triggered, user and device identifiers, timestamps, enforcement outcome) is processed and stored within Siberson's managed infrastructure. Content-level evidence handling is governed by the customer's configured policy and the applicable service agreement terms. Organizations with strict data residency obligations or where content evidence storage externally is not permissible should select the On-Premises deployment model.
