How does the multi-tenant architecture work for MSSPs and group companies?

Siberson Verikor DLP's multi-tenant architecture supports two primary deployment patterns:

  • Group companies and conglomerates: Organizations managing multiple legal entities, subsidiaries, or business units can administer all tenants from a single unified console while maintaining complete data, policy, and incident isolation between entities. This eliminates the need for separate product deployments per entity while preserving governance boundaries.
  • MSSPs and managed service partners: Service providers can onboard multiple end-customer environments, each with its own isolated policy library, incident queue, reporting scope, user directory integration, and custom action set — all managed from a master administrative interface.

Role-based access control (RBAC) ensures each tenant administrator operates within their own environment boundary, while the MSSP master administrator retains cross-tenant operational and reporting visibility.
