As Siberson Bilişim Güvenliği A.Ş. (“Company”), we place great importance on the confidentiality and security of your personal data. Accordingly, we take all necessary measures to process and protect the personal data you share with us in compliance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).

1. Collection, Processing, and Purposes of Personal Data

Your personal data, including sensitive data in certain cases, may be collected, processed, and stored for the following purposes:

  • Execution of recruitment processes,
  • Management of employment relationships,
  • Fulfillment of the Company’s legal obligations,
  • Establishment, exercise, or defense of legal rights,
  • Performance of contracts concluded between you and the Company,
  • Protection of the Company’s legitimate interests,
  • Based on your explicit consent: sending commercial electronic messages for the promotion and marketing of products and services.

2. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared for the purposes stated above with the following parties:

  • Company employees,
  • Domestic and/or international business partners, affiliates, and customers,
  • Suppliers and service providers,
  • Company executives,
  • Authorized public institutions and private persons,

in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Additionally, such data may be transferred to servers, software systems, or cloud platforms located within or outside of Turkey.

3. Method and Legal Grounds for Data Collection

Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically in order to enable the Company to fulfill its contractual and legal obligations properly. The data are processed and, if necessary, transferred based on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

4. Retention Period of Personal Data
Your personal data is retained for the duration required by the purpose of processing and the relevant legislation; once this period expires, the data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with applicable regulations.

5. Data Security

Our Company implements technical and administrative security measures in compliance with information security standards to protect your personal data against potential risks such as unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or alteration.

6. Rights of Data Subjects

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects have the following rights:

  • To learn whether their personal data is being processed,
  • To request information if it has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with this purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred within or outside the country,
  • To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of data where the processing purpose no longer exists,
  • To request that correction or deletion operations be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
  • To object to a result arising against them through automated data processing,
  • To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful data processing.
